Yuki's Veggie Fried Rice!!!


Many of our guests have been requesting that we make a vegetarian version of our Maui Fried Rice soooooooo.... here it is!  We named it after our #1 day guy, Yuki.  It is loaded with veggies, including sweet onion, celery, carrots, bell peppers, broccoli, water chestnuts and spinach.  Combine that and wok-fried tofu over brown rice and you have a really tasty dish!  It's hard to believe that it's vegan.  Enjoy!
